Ki hae acupoint and yoga is a journey to finding the new and healthy you by feeling sea of ki meridian point through meditation and breathing.

Through deep stretching and deep breathing pose, when you learn to feel ki hae’s energy of life, you will feel that your body and mind become healthy and clear.

The body and inner ego disappear through various ki hae movement exercises. Ki hae’s awaken vital energy  you will experience a relaxed state like you are in your mother's womb. Then, you can maintain a deeper inner peace and better health, and you can make yourself mature and changed internally and externally.

Hanin Healing arts unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you reach improve and perfect poses, correct posture and positioning, and improve your breathing and outlook on life

한인 힐링아트는 나와 가족을 비롯해 우리 모두가 연습을 통해 내면의 평화와 보다 건강한 성숙한 사람이 될 수 있도록 안내해주는 한국전통 기해 경혈운동 요가 입니다.  기해경혈과 요가는 인체에서 기의 바다인 기해혈을 찾아서 느끼고, 명상과 기해호흡을 하며 새로운 건강한 나를 찾아가는 여행입니다. 

딥스트레칭과 딥호흡 포즈를 통해 기해에서 생명의 에너지를 느끼고 터득하게 되면 몸과 정신이 건강해지고 맑아지는 것을 느끼게 됩니다.  

여러가지 기해운동과 자세를 통해 몸과 내면의 ego가 사라지게 됩니다.  기해에 에너지를 터득 하게되면 내가 태어나기전 엄마 자궁속의 편안한 상태도 경험하고 유지할수 있습니다.

Ki hae is like a fountain, river, and a big ocean, where energy of life is constantly rising. It is the source of our body's life water energy and its position is about 2-4cm below the belly button.

Focus the ki hae and breathe at a constant rate. Train to control your breathing by making the breathing in and out length the same.

Breathing out breathing in which can improve your health by making your blood flow and release stress. At first, it’ll be awkward but after a year of training, you will be able to ki hae breathe naturally.

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. 


기해는 생명에너지가 끊임없이 솟아오르는 샘물이고 강물이며 큰 바다 입니다. 

우리몸의 생명물 에너지의 원천이며 위치는 

배꼽 아래 2-4cm정도 사이에 위치합니다.

기해에 의식을 집중하며 일정한 속도로 숨을 쉬는 것입니다. 내쉬는숨과 들여마시는 숨의 길이를 똑같이 조절하면서 호흡훈련을 합니다

내쉬는 숨은 부교감신경을 촉진하고, 들여마시는 숨은 교감신경을 촉진하게 되어 이완과 긴장을 조화롭게 하여 혈액 순환과 스트레스를 해소 할 수도 있어서 건강에 좋은 효과가 있게 됩니다. 처음에는 어색하지만 1년 이상하게 되면 자연스럽게 기해호흡을 할 수 있습니다.

After the morning dew, rain, or lightning storm, you can feel that the air that is clearer and cleaner. Our body and inner surface are like this. By repeatedly experiencing ki hae through detox meditation, you can feel your body going through the fire, morning dew, and rain, which will cleanse your energy.

Detox meditation does not end with one session, but just like breathing, you have to repeat it every day to cleanse the emotions accumulated in your daily life and various haziness, coldness, hotness, moist feeling, and so on.

Hanin Healing Arts not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.

디톡스명상은 한번으로 끝나는것이 아니라 살아있는 동안 숨을 쉬듯이 매일 매일 생활속에서 쌓인 감정과 여러가지 어지러움, 차가움, 뜨거움, 습한느낌 , 등의 탁한 기운을 정화하기위해 매일매일 반복해야 합니다.
